With the same dimensions as the Classic version of the Nokia 3110 and pretty much identical in its abilities, one has to wonder why Nokia have come up with this version.
But believe or not, the Nokia 3110 Evolve is an 'Environmentally Friendly Handset' having evolved to the next level of engineering and offering a feel good factor that really does mean that you are making a difference in the world.
So naturally the next question is what makes the Nokia 3110 Evolve Green?
Well for starters the bio-covers are made from 50% renewable material and Nokia have included a rather energy efficient charger that uses over half of the normal energy levels recorded of a standard mobile charger.
The packaging is made of 60% recycleable content and overall is much smaller than its usual presentation box.
As for functionality of the Nokia 3110 Evolve, there's the 1.3 mega pixel camera with video record, an MP3 Player and Stereo FM Radio and the 9MB internal memory can now support upto 2GB with microSD expansion.
Connectivity options for this Tri Band GSM handset with GPRS support, include EDGE Technology, Bluetooth Wireless with A2DP Stereo support, infrared and miniUSB.
