Featuring TouchFlo technology with a 3D touch interface the new HTC Touch Diamond is set to be a huge success.
Having revamped HTC's orginal TouchFlo interface to now incorporate a 3D touch interface along with touch sensitive navigation, gesture control, handwriting recognition and accelerometer sensor for auto rotation, users have animated access to standard features such as messaging, email, music, photo's and video clips.
And with 3.6Mbps downloading speed being a thing of the past for the HTC Touch Diamond, users can download data at broadband like speeds of 7.2Mbps as well as enjoying the benefits of the new and improved HTC mobile web browser.
A Windows Mobile 6.1 device, the HTC Touch Diamond offers a 2.8" display with VGA resolution and includes a 3.2 mega pixel autofocus camera as part of its multimedia functionality. Accompanying the primary camera is a secondary videocall camera and complete video recording capabilities.
The GPS receiver comes with A-GPS functionality, ideal for use with Google Maps.
Other major features of the HTC Touch Diamond include an MP3 Player and Stereo FM Radio with RDS support.
For business users, the HTC Touch Diamond comes with Pocket Office and full PIM functionality as well as voice memo and built-in handsfree.
In terms of connectivity the HTC Touch Diamond is more than well equipped with not just 3G HSDPA support as previously mentioned but also WiFi capabilities, in addition to GPRS, EDGE, Stereo Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
Powered by a 528Mhz processor, the HTC Touch Diamond offers a 4GB memory and pretty much unlimited phonebook with photocall.
