HTC S420 / HTC Erato Mobile Phone
Introducing the HTC S420, or otherwise known as the HTC Erato.
The last of three news handsets to be announced by HTC, the others are the HTC Wings and HTC Sirius.
All three are smartphones powered by a 32bit 400Mhz Samsung Processors and running on Windows Mobile 6.0 standard.
They more or less all include a 2.0 mega pixel camera and video record & playback and connectivity options which start with GSM/GPRS/EDGE and extend to include WiFi, UMTS supports, being HSDPA enabled and 3G services.
As with the other two handsets mentioned, the HTC S420 comes with a large 2.4 inch TFT screen display for easier reading of text, expandable memory with microSD card, integrated FM Radio and built-in Sirf Star III GPS receiver but unlike the HTC Wings and HTC Sirius, the HTC Erato is a flip phone with standard keypad layout and a secondary 1.2 inch screen display.
Messaging Solutions include MMS, SMS, Email and Instant Messaging whilst alternative connecitivity options include USB and Infrared.
It may not look like much but as the old saying goes, looks can be very deceiving and we think that the HTC S420 smartphone is proof in the pudding of that very saying.
